Founder’s Story

About the Founder

Pauline Graham

Pauline Graham is an educator, counselor, author, mentor, and public speaker dedicated to restoring dignity, voice, and healing to mothers—particularly those experiencing estrangement from their children.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching Education, and is a certified teacher in both elementary and secondary education in Ontario, with a specialization in Home and Family Studies. Pauline has taught within both the Grand Erie and Toronto District School Boards, where she developed a strong foundation in child development, family systems, and the social and emotional dynamics that shape relationships.

Education and Expertise

In addition to her educational background, Pauline holds a Master’s degree in Christian Counselling and a Master’s degree in Theology, along with numerous additional diplomas in related fields. Her work uniquely integrates professional training in psychology, education, and counseling with a deep commitment to emotional and relational healing.

Founder's Vision

Pauline is the founder of The Unheard Mothers Circle, an initiative created to support mothers—especially those who have experienced alienation, rejection, or disconnection from their children and grandchildren. Through this work, she addresses a critical and often overlooked need: providing structured, ethical, and compassionate support for mothers navigating the pain of family separation.

Personal Connection

Beyond her professional work, Pauline is a devoted mother of three and grandmother of one, and her lived experiences deeply inform her compassion, insight, and unwavering commitment to this mission.

At the heart of Pauline’s work is a guiding belief:

That truth, approached with care, has the power to bring healing, restoration, and freedom.

Signature Initiative

She is the developer of The Mother–Child Reunification Initiative™️, a comprehensive, trauma-informed program designed to guide mothers through healing, preparation, and—where appropriate—a safe and structured pathway toward possible reconnection with their children.

Her approach prioritizes emotional safety, accountability, and consent, ensuring that both mothers and children are protected throughout the process.

A Philosophy of Restoration

No mother should be expected to suffer in silence.

Her approach is not about assigning blame or forcing outcomes. It is about restoration. It is about helping mothers reconnect with their own voice, their own worth, and their own sense of stability, regardless of what is happening around them.
